What you pay, how shipping is worked out, where we ship, and how to pay your invoice.
What you pay
Every lot page shows this in full before you bid, worked out for your own address, and every confirm step (a bid, Buy It Now, an offer) shows it again.
Shipping and packaging
Shipping is one charge per invoice. The first lot pays the highest first-lot rate among the package types on the invoice, and every other lot adds its own type's rate for an extra lot. Everything you win before you pay goes on the same invoice, so it ships together for one charge.

- Packaging is included, unless a lot needs special packing; its own charge is then shown on the lot.
Large or heavy pieces marked Freight are quoted after the sale; the invoice waits for the quote before you pay.

Bidders from anywhere in the United States can register, bid and win. Winning lots ship only to a verified address in California. Add one in My Account before you pay; checkout checks the address again before your order is packed.
Sales tax
Sales tax is charged at the rate for the address your order ships to, on the winning price. It's shown on the lot page and on your invoice.
Buying for resale? Send us your seller's permit and we'll set your account up so tax isn't charged.
Paying your invoice

Your invoice arrives
As soon as you win, we email your invoice. It's also in My Account under Invoices.
Step 2
Pay online
Pay within 7 days with PayPal. We send a reminder before it's due.
Step 3
We ship it
We check your address, pack your order and email you the tracking number as soon as it's on its way.
